The main challenge was finding the right way to market a digital product that people don’t naturally search for and turning passive scrollers into engaged customers. We needed to make the content more relatable, more helpful and visually stronger to spark interest while also rebuilding momentum after the dip in website traffic.

I approached the project by refreshing the brand so everything felt modern, cohesive and instantly recognisable. From there, I built a clearer content strategy that focused on consistency, engaging visuals and a warm, conversational tone of voice that fits the brand. I created weekly content templates and rolled out a light but effective social media schedule to get fast traction while allowing room to grow. By strengthening the visuals, refining the messaging and aligning the marketing across all channels, we’ve been able to make the product easier to understand, more appealing and far more engaging for the audience.
